A Family Affair

Family-owned and run, with staff as faithful as our customers, we take pride in everything we do. From the way we use the very freshest ingredients to create mouth-watering dishes, to the way we keep and serve our wines.

A Bit of History

With its high, wooden timbered vaulted ceiling, leaded windows and congenial atmosphere, you’d be forgiven for thinking our beautiful building was a centuries-old country retreat. Although it could easily embody such a history, it was actually purpose-built in 1916 as Petersfield’s local garage.

Now the air is filled with tempting aromas, the pleasing chink of cutlery and wine glasses, and the agreeable buzz of conversations - there’s not a spark plug, spanner or oily rag in sight.

We’re open at lunchtimes and evenings from Monday to Saturday. Contact us to book or to discuss your requirements, or simply come in and recharge your batteries next time you’re passing. Whichever way, you’ll be very welcome.
